Finally everything works well with my Lenovo ThinkPad Windows 7!
Thank you Microsoft for your help and your support! And I can say that I work pretty hard with them when she was guiding me to fix my Windows. At that time the tech was not in my computer to make the action. I followed her instructions on the phone and I did exactly what she was asking me to do.
After I left that female tech, I had to continue searching for internet drive and I plug my computer in my modem to have internet first.
I’m not a tech and it’s the first time it happens to me. So, I’m not an expert on those problematics.
Windows security find out that it was a Java cache file from years ago who was corrupted and malwarebytes didn’t find it. Mmm, I’m surprised.
Wonder why my computer was not running fast. At least, I can download all the importants updates files now just before it will ended on January 2020.
Next time I have an issue with my new pc’s Windows for sure I’ll call Microsoft back!
